The Company conducts its own training and retraining of its employees to upgrade their skills. The year 1996 was a milestone for the Company when it obtained the ISO9002:1994 (the current ISO9001:200) certification. The year 2001 was another milestone when it obtained the SCC** certification. In July, it received the Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Manpower for its consistently good safety performance over the years.
